Online Physiotherapy
Georgia-Rose’s online physiotherapy (telehealth) appointments offer numerous advantages and can be just as effective—if not more so—than in-person sessions. A key benefit is that they empower patients to take control of their own recovery, fostering greater independence and long-term self-management skills. With real-time guidance from Georgia-Rose, patients can implement exercises, movement strategies, and pain management techniques in their own environment, ensuring that treatment is directly applicable to their daily lives.
This approach promotes active participation, shifting patients from passive recipients of care to engaged learners who understand how to manage their condition effectively. Additionally, telehealth eliminates common barriers such as travel time, scheduling constraints, and clinic accessibility, making physiotherapy advice more convenient and readily available.
Ultimately, online physiotherapy puts you in the driver’s seat of your rehabilitation, while still providing the expertise, support, and accountability of a skilled physiotherapist every step of the way.

PhysioKey
Physiokey is a non-invasive, handheld pain relief device designed for clinical and professional use. It utilises advanced bioadaptive impulse therapy to stimulate the body’s natural pain-relieving and self-healing mechanisms, without drugs or invasive procedures.
By delivering high-density, biofeedback-controlled electrical pulses, Physiokey targets cutaneous nerves, reflex zones, and acupuncture points on the skin. This activates self-regulation processes within the nervous system, promoting rapid, natural pain relief and improved physical function.
For over a decade, practitioners worldwide have used Physiokey to treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Clinical experience shows that more than 80% of patients report significant symptom improvement, making Physiokey a trusted and results-driven tool for pain management and functional recovery.
Active Release Techniques (ART)
ART (Active Release Techniques) is a hands-on soft tissue mobilisation technique that specifically targets scar tissue and adhesions within muscles, tendons, fascia, nerves, and joint capsules. What sets ART apart from other manual therapies, like trigger point therapy or traditional massage, is its unique method of combining precise manual tension with patient movement to detect and release soft tissue restrictions. This approach helps restore normal tissue texture, motion, and function.
Another distinctive aspect of ART is its ability to effectively treat nerve entrapments. During the cumulative injury cycle, adhesions can form between nerves and surrounding soft tissue structures, restricting nerve mobility and function. This entrapment can lead to symptoms in areas such as the neck, arms, hands, legs, or feet. These nerve entrapments are common but often misdiagnosed, making ART a valuable tool for resolving persistent pain and dysfunction.
